At Pixie's Pocket Pet Accessories, we handcraft each item to order with care. Here's what you need to know about shipping:
Production Time
All products are custom-made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production before your item ships. We'll keep you updated throughout the process!
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship throughout Australia using Australia Post. A flat rate is applied at checkout. If the actual postage exceeds that amount, you will receive an updated invoice. If you paid too much, you will receive a refund for the difference.
International Shipping
We're excited to ship our custom pet accessories worldwide! International shipping is available to select countries including the USA, Canada, UK, and more.
Important Note for International Customers: A flat rate is applied at checkout based on your location. Due to the custom nature and varying sizes of our products, actual shipping costs may differ from the flat rate. If the actual postage exceeds the flat rate, you will receive an updated invoice. If you paid too much, you will receive a refund for the difference.

USA Customs & Import Duties
For USA Customers: Orders shipped to the United States are subject to customs duties and import taxes (approximately 10-15% of the order value). These fees are not included in your checkout total.
We will contact you via email after you place your order with the exact customs duty amount required. Payment of these duties must be received before your order is dispatched. This ensures there are no surprise fees upon delivery and your package clears customs smoothly.
Other International Customs & Duties
Orders to other international destinations may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
